Shipping + Return Policies

Where do you ship?

We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

Do you offer pick up?

Yes! You can pick up your order in store, in Elkader, Iowa, during regular store business hours. Please use the contact form if you need to set up an alternate time to pick up your order.

What about free shipping?

We currently offer automatic free shipping for orders of $75 or more. No code is needed and this will be applied automatically.

Shipping Options

Based on your delivery address, and estimated package weight, you will be able to select from USPS, UPS and DHL at checkout. Please use the contact form if you have special shipping circumstances.

When do products ship?

Products will be packaged and shipped out within 2 business days of the order being placed.

Return Policy

We always want you to be happy with your purchase at Styled Abode and do offer returns.

You will need to make a request to return an item within 30 days of shipment due to style, shape, quality, etc, if you wish to receive a refund. Please contact us via the contact form and include the order number, product name, and reason for return. You will have the option for a refund or replacement item (when available) to be sent. Refund will not include original shipping cost, and will include the original cost of the item, minus $5 for return shipping.

If it is past 30 days you will have the option to return for a replacement of the item (when available) or store credit. Store credit will not include the original shipping cost, and will be for the original cost of the item, minus $5 for return shipping.

We encourage anyone local to return in store to avoid return shipping fees. Please contact us via the contact form to begin a return.

Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product.

Damges

We do our best to package carefully, but sometimes products are still damaged in transit.

For products that are damaged upon receiving you will be offered a full refund or replacement, including a refund of shipping costs when applicable. A photo of the damaged product, in the packaging, will be required for verification. A photo of the outside of the packaging will also be required. (This is needed so we can settle things with the shipping company.)

Please reach out to us via the contact form to begin a refund. You will be able to submit the photos via email when you receive a reply from us.

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product.
