Styled Abode is a home goods boutique and design service that focuses on bringing in quality products that not only look good, but do good.
Meet Becky.
Becky founded Styled Abode in July of 2021. Located in the heart of the great town of Elkader, Iowa. After years of blogging about life and decorating, studying the science behind home color and finishes, and hosting semi-annual vintage sales on their farm, she decided to take the leap and combine it all in one place. With the encouragement of her husband, Styled Abode began. She now works to grow her brand beyond Elkader, while enjoying life on the farm and raising her four children together with her husband.
How We Are Different
Sourcing
We focus on finding products for your home and gifts that have been produced in an ethical manner. Many of our products are based and/or created in the USA. And we search diligently for overseas brands that value the worth of people. That means no sweatshop style factories. Instead people are paid a living wage and can afford life necessities such as medical help and education.
Caring
We believe that you can make purchases that elevate the feel of your home while also doing good in the process. Products that are produced in the US or ethically overseas have the power to change lives. But we can go one step further. We can use our company to give a hand up (and not a hand out) to those who need support. We currently partner with a créche in Port Au Prince, Haiti to supply needed food and supplies to children waiting to go home.
